    1- Admin Assistant - ElSewedy Electric

    مواصفات وظائف شركة السويدي لوظيفة Admin Assistant :

    -Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
    -Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software
    -Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
    -Follow up on stakeholders

    شروط وظائف شركة السويدي لوظيفة Admin Assistant :

    -Very good in English is a Must
    -Excellent communication skills
    -Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
    -Graduate of 0-2 years of experience; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
    Working hours from 9:30 to 5:30, 5th Settlement

    -Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholder

    شروط وظائف شركة السويدي لوظيفة Business Development Executive :

    -Fluency in French is a MUST
    -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field - 2 to 5 years of experience
    -Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales/marketing
    -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
    -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software
    -Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
    -Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients
